Hi Mike,
Thanks for your input...I figured all along it was a Performance Trawler. The plaques on the side of my flybridge attest to the fact she was built in the Cheer Men Yard, and all the papers...

I have a 1984 PT 38' Europa style Sedan built in the Cheer Men Yard of Taiwan.

I have head that other brands were built there also.....
