Motor Change

I have a 1979 Main ship trawler 34'. The boat originally had a Perkins 160. I have found a ford-leihman 120 would this be a good replacement engine

There is a problem in getting the small propane...

There is a problem in getting the small propane bottles in other countries, and problem in finding parts. Also if traveling in Latin or south america, Yamaha's are the easiest motors to find parts...

Actually plan to go Florida intercostal westward...
