Watermaker for sale *** sold ***

We are selling our perfectly good Katadyne Power Survivor 160 watermaker.

This is a 12 volt unit that puts out 7 gallons per hour. It is in perfectly good condition and is being replaced only because I bought a higher capacity unit.

We first used it in April of 2012 and it was purchased new from Defender.com sometime the prior winter. We have an hour meter and I believe it has in the 130 hour range on it.

It comes with all the stuff they sell with the factory kit, including valves, pre filter, etc...

Photos to follow when I get it out of the boat.

Guaranteed to work when you get it. It's in service right now and I'll pickle it prior to removing it from the boat.

$2500 and I'll pay the freight vis USPS priority mailto any place with a US zip code.

If you want to make an offer, thats's OK as well

Contact via TF pm system with any questions.

Dang, Kev. You need more water than 7 GPH? How old is the unit?

Sorry, modified the original post, first used in 2012 and it has approx 130 hours on it. This is a working part of my boat until the new one arrives so it'll have more hours next week.

For us, we want more capacity. I know it sounds frivolous but I want to be able to do laundry at sea, be able to wash the salt off the boat, and get rid of the salt water wash down system we currently have. We end up with allot of salt, along with blood, etc.. from fishing on the floors and having more fresh water will help that by allowing us to keep the cockpit cleaner.
