Wanting to trade Albin 27FC for a Larger Trawler

Wanting to trade up to a larger boat. Bare Necessities is newly rehabbed. Original Gelcoat buffed out to original shine. These boats all leaked.. I addressed that by pulling all pilothouse windows, and replaced original balsa core with poured epoxy. Essentially has become solid core pilothouse. All beckson ports removed and rebedded (another notorious leak point on A27s). All teak removed, sanded and refinished. Engine has many spares. Original 4D61 Engine runs like a watch. New bottom paint, list of extras reads like an Albin Owners dream: New NexGen Generator, Marine A/C ducted fore and aft, Garmin Nav Suite (4212, radar, xm weather and audio), full sunbrella canvas suite (eisenglas all around), full screen suite...(replaces all side panels with screens), on demand hot water heater....full racor filter suite, essentially one of the prettiest A27FC's out there.

I'm not really interested in a straight sale, more along the lines of someone that has gone nuts on their 34-36 that wants to downsize to something they can single hand. I'm in St. Pete Municipal and you can come by and see her anytime. Drop me a line if you are as fanatical as moi, just looking for something a little smaller. Willing to throw in some cash if your boat is all that and a bag of chips.
