Trawler - NO projects, ready to begin enjoying

Cash,
ready to make the move for the right boat. I am mainly looking at condition, mechanical. I'd like to look at those close to home, Washington as I don't have time to fly to view. Budget is going to be about $35-40k. I know this is a tight budget but if your looking to sell an don't want to wait through the winter for the "right" buyer than maybe this will work. Prefer no teak decks as I don't have the time to deal with those issues. Single or twin is ok, full displacement, semi ok as well. Prefer something past the 70's or nicely updated since.

No, you never do. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Certainly costs nothing to ask.
