Boat for sale

Dave is your boat still for sale? Where is it located. I noted you had an Atlanta zip.

Hello yes its still for sale

Its located on Jekyll Island , Ga on the intercoastal waterway MM 685.

Our home is in the Atlanta area but we are currently on the boat.

If you have any desire to own a sundeck trawler you should see this one.

I looked for a year and logged about 10,000 miles before we bought.

If you have any questions give me a call.

Thanks for looking

Not familiar with Senator boats. Is CHB the best of the T builders? Engine and gen hours? Thanks.

Hello

The Chen Hwa yard or CHB made many different named boats.

President,Present,Marine Trader? To name a few.

My boat was made there and has some custom features such as teak engraving on doors and stainless fuel, water and holding tank.

The gen set has 1690 hours and is a 12 K westerbeke that you could probably sell power back to electric utility.

The twin yanmars have 4000 hours and run very smooth @175 hp each.

The boat cruises at about 7-8 knots, this is a trawler not a speed boat.

About 3 gals diesel per hour.

There is also a 9.6 AB hard bottom dink with 8 hp honda 4 stroke

Thanks Dave

The 43's are rare. We loved our 35 Senator Futura Sundeck, but had to sell it. Just a bit too small and slow for our, then, current lifestyle.

Hello Tom,
I understand those issues...we are here in Cortez Florida just had her bottom done and installing a davit on "Selah!" and plan on heading down to Marathon in a couple of weeks for the fall/winter. Her pictures are still online if you wanted to re live some old memories of your 35 when we purchased her.
Take care,

Mitchdaly - Tom and I met the former owners of Selah! in NC on their way north doing the loop. Our previous 35' is cruising the Chesapeake!! Great boats if well cared for!! Enjoy yours!!

Dave, that is a long way from TN. Have you had the boat in fresh water?
