My Marine Trader 43' on ebay this week**SOLD**

Hi Guys,
some of you may have noticed I was missing all summer - was busy moving myself and all my things down to Tampa, as I began law school - so things were quite hectic. I had been debating bringing my 43' Marine Trader down to FL, but realized i simply would not have time to take care of her (much less use her) while in law school.
I listed her on ebay, if any of you would like to take a peek:

43' Marine Trader Labelle Sundeck Trawler Motor Yacht - LOADED WITH EXTRAS in Powerboats & Motorboats | eBay Motors

Thanks everyone... and I hope to be back on here soon once law school quiets down...

I have noticed you MIA lately. Good luck with law school and your parents I believe live in Tampa area too. Being close to family can be a big plus as they age.

Are you still selling your Bert or did you bring it along for the move?

Hi Craig,
thanks for the kind words. Yes, I am now about a 45 minute drive from my parents' home - which is very nice to be close to them again (my Dad seems to be eating more and improving in health in the month since I moved to Tampa). I still have the Bertram 25' for sale as well in Boston, if anyone is interested. I was very tempted to bring the boats down here, but I'm happy I didn't, I'm barely keeping up with my studies as it is, with no hobbies, etc.
Cheers,
Phillip

Welcome to the wonderful world of law school. I would not want to do that nor the Bar Exam ever again.

...lawyers were the first profession ever. It is stated in the Holly Book on the first sentence:

“…In the Begin everything was chaos”

They had to have lawyers immediately, you see?

I dunno, I'm thinking "prostitution" was 1st and then came lawyers. Therefore “…In the Begin everything was chaos” makes even more sense.
Pun intended,.....................always!

P.S. What's a "Holly" book?

Looks as though someone is going to get a great deal on a well loved boat.

Time's getting short, huh? As I write, you have 2 hours left on the auction, and apparently a number of bidders. Often there will be a flurry of activity right at the last minute, so you might be in for a surprise with a higher bid. The boat looks nice, but too big and too far away from me .. sorry!

Keep us posted.

It would break my heart if she sold for just $39k... I'd really be on the fence about just keeping her at that price and seeing what happens in my life with law school, and maybe paying a captain to bring her down to Tampa. I would never ever find another boat like her for $39k... not even close

I would hang on to her at that price. Can't live on her while in school?

Just wondering, if there is no reserve price, how can you back out?
