Looking for DeFever 49 or 44

My wife and I are interestied in purchasing a DeFever 49 or 44 foot trawler. Been shopping on Yacht World and working with a broker. Our preference would be an 88-89 44 or 49 RPH or early 90's 49 Cockpit.

They are all over Yachtworld!!! Great boats. I will say, if you are looking for an older 49 Raised Pilothouse, those seem to be a little more rare. But 44/49 sundecks are plentiful....and fantastic boats IMO!!!

"21', 14' with the arch folded."

What is entailed in folding the arch?
What happens with the davit arm, the dinghy, the venturi and other attachments?
14' is to the top of what exactly on the boat?

Thank you

14' I believe is the top of the windscreen. The arch folds pretty easily. The dingy crane wound need lowering (30 seconds).
