as the advertisement states by the broker, when the boat moves to Seattle, if not an interested buyer purchased as a good deal at a reduced price knowing it is only superficial cleaning of the winter conditions and the location away, were the away actually away, if locally a purchase was made. The sale price will increase following a through cleaning. One could include the cost of moving the boat South with a paid captain/crew and expenses.
I am not a judge on this price being a fair price. It seems to my memory the price for an equivalent conditioned Krogan is beyond $200 Grand by some goodly amount.
Yes, again, top dollar in a bigger market. Sale in place closes out the estate desires at their price were it sold here.
