I have a single FloScan 7500/7600 for sale. It was just removed from a 2006 boat (mine) and all indications are that it was in-service for 10 years. The fuel system it was installed in supplied a Volvo Penta D4-260.
The good:
Operating when removed.
The display is in very good condition, no flaws.
Includes switch for light.
Sensors appear to be working properly.
Excellent customer support from FloScan.
Includes sensor/dampener mounting bracket.
The bad:
Some rust on dampeners.
Some fittings (2) secured with sealant - will require some effort to remove.
One of the sensors was on the wrong (engine) side of the dampener; needs to be moved.
Engine hour meter is around 380, I do not believe it can be reset (but can be advanced).
Will need new momentary switch for reset function; easily sourced locally.
I have no idea what it might be worth. It will be worth more to me if you are enjoying it on your boat. It has been in my garage for 2 days now, which is 2 days too long. These are over $1000 new, so I will ask $100 plus shipping.
Please contact me at jpetty1128 (at) hotmail dot com.
Thank you,
Jeff
