Stand alone radar

Anyone have one laying around? before i try sailor man or sea chest i'll try to help someone clean out the garage.

I do need a stand alone system not just a dome. my plotter doesn't appear to support the addition of a dome. I am not particular on brand or specs...because hey, it has to be better then the one i have (don't) now.

lemme know what you got!

you may want to check marine electronics places...they sometimes take older units off from a used boat sale and hold on consignment or take in trade for labor....of maybe just know who might have one...

know this from working for a place and staying friendly with the owners.

Check the Seattle Craigslist. There is a Raymarine available.

Most large yards have a plethora of old units that routinely head for the trash bin.. Find one that is ready to remove a runnning takeout 10 year unit to install a new digital unit. The cabling and connector schematics are very important to this "used" effort.

I have an older ray marine unit - green screen complete that worked when removed. In Anacortes. Pm me for more info. I replaced it with a raymarine digital HD color unit

I have a Furuno M821 system I just removed when I upgraded my electronics. It worked perfectly and includes all of the interface cables including NMEA and heading input cables and manuals. I can send you photos and brochures etc. if you are interested.
