Best Chartbook for ICW

We are a couple of fresh water boaters exploring new salty waters. * We are looking for the best flip chart book for the ICW from Fort Myers to Stuart Florida north to Lake Ontario. Any favorites to recommend? *We have the Doziers guide and would like the flip chart to compliment. *thanks!
