They are all over yachtworld!!! *And you could help us help you by providing a little more detail....like size and price range. *And realize that Tradewinds and LaBelle are also Marine Traders with a different design philosophy/style.

RE: Looking for 1983 or newer Marine Trader Sundeck with Cockpit
My customer is looking for a 43 to 46 foot Marine Trader Sundeck, preferably with the cockpit. They would like to be under a $100k, but would consider a boat that needs SOME work. They would like to go boating this summer and don't want to get into to much. They don't want to build a new boat.
We have looked at the LaBelle and the Tradewinds; my client doesn't like the layout of those vessels.
We have looked at almost everything on Yacht World and in fact surveyed two of the boats. we are not looking to put $80K in a boat to get it back into shape.
So if you know of something please let me know.

I would agree with you, except that I am not selling anything. In this poor economy I am sure that someone might like to get themselves out of a bad position. I am sorry if I offended you, but again I am not trying to sell anything to anyone on the site, but instead help someone get into boating and fulfill a life long dream.

Walt - Homework homework homework.*You may even have to split a commission!*You know the drill. A 46' vessel for less than $100K,*yup it will need a little work.

RE: Looking for 1983 or newer Marine Trader Sundeck with Cockpit
Why are they stuck on MT?? There are a lot of others out there that would broaden the search. Heritage East comes to mind or any of the CHB/Present/Ponderosa. The only reason I say this is that this is my exact target market IF I ever get rid of my boat.... Jefferson maybe..... Hyatt..... MT's are loaded with exterior teak...that is why I like the Tradewinds. Anyway, I know different strokes for different folks. I have also given up trying to change people's minds...they have to learn for themselves.

Looking for 1983 or newer Marine Trader Sundeck with Cockpit
I"m looking for someone who has restored a marine Trader so I can ask some questions concerning the framing of the salon flooring. We are in the process of needing new fuel tanks and need to know how to remove them without ruining the boat. Thanks for the time.
