Anyone looking for a slip on Lake Union?

Greetings all. We are looking for someone to take over the lease on our Lake Union slip. It's a great 50 foot slip with a fantastic view of downtown Seattle. Easy in and out.

We are moving our boat to Poulsbo. Our lease goes through March 2015 and the only way we can get out of the lease is to find someone that wants the slip and will sign a new lease. The cost is quite reasonable and power is included.

PM me if you are interested.

Well ... we are moving from Walnut Creek, CA to Poulsbo so we want to move the boat close. That's the only reason. The lake is a great place to be and the slip has a great view of the lake and downtown Seattle. We will miss it.

Are you going to join Poulsbo Yacht Club? There are a lot of really nice people there. If you go there, tell my friend Commodore Rick Metzger I said hello. Rob

We were in the northgate area right across the street from the Boundry Oaks golf course. We had a great time there but am glad to be out of California and back in the Northwest. Except I still work in Los Angeles ....

We are exploring it. Got to get moved and settled and the boat over there first.

Hi Peter. No. We were fortunate enough to find a new tenant.
