The custom built- in sofa is covered in designer Sunbrella fabric; neutral in color. Custom built-in teak bookcase on aft bulkhead, port side, next to the Captain’s leather recliner. The carpet was replaced in the saloon, and down below in 2011. The galley and heads have newer linoleum flooring for easy cleaning. The pilothouse has the original teak flooring.[/FONT]

There is a reason these beautiful old ladies are still around. i have a Hatteras 38 that aspires to be a 48 when she grows up. You are on the wrong coast for me, but I wish you the best with the sale. She's a beauty.

Update;

M/V Outback is slowly heading up the east coast; no longer in Vero Beach, FL. She'll be available for showings along the way for qualified/interested parties. Next schedule showing is in Charleston, SC, in the coming weeks.
