Smile Yes, Pooh has been sold

Winnie passed survey with flying colors Friday, and we closed on Saturday. The buyers just bought the house two docks down the canal a month ago here in Turkey Creek, so I'll be allowed occasional visiting privileges.

Thank goodness it is sold! Now I can quit agonizing over whether or not I should call Mark and make him an offer on it! Not something I need, but the siren call was kind of irresistible at times. A great cruising boat.

Congratulations on the sale Mark!

John I feel your pain on that one. Ten years from now the wife and I would have been sitting in the cabin of that boat talking turkey with Mark and starting out our cruising life in Florida rather than California.
