2008 Jefferson 52' Pilothouse For Sale

We are selling our 2008 52' Jefferson Pilothouse Motor Yacht, which we recently outfitted for cruising. After enjoying two seasons cruising in the Bahamas a family medical issue forced us to return home. We basically commissioned her for the first time in 2014. She is fully equipped and set up for long stays on the hook. She is fully serviced, plugged into power, sitting on the hard waiting for us to return or to sell.
Please contact my broker, who would be happy to show her to you in Stuart, Fl

Two questions:

Is there anything under the starboard side couch in the main salon that would hinder it's replacement with two Stress Less type chairs?

Aside from sales tax for Florida residents are there any other taxes due since the boat is owned by Canadians?

All of the interior furniture is modular and easily removed. The boat is registered in Canada however, it has not been exported. The US duties have been paid so no there are no extra taxes other than Florida State Tax.

Paul C,

Is she still out of the water in Stuart? It looks like a nice boat and I may call your broker for a look.

Does the keel offer any prop protection?

Thanks

She is still on the hard in Stuart, strapped down for hurricane season. She has a center keel and does not protect the props. Thanks for your inquiry.
