Walt falls in love with a new boat every year about this time. But this sounds a bit more serious.

I know exactly that feeling. We get it worse though as he has perfect weather damn near year around. I turn my energy to cars this time of year to keep my eyes from wondering to other boats.

Should mention that Walt's current vessel can easily fit on a transport truck and be anywhere quickly. For some of the lurkers thinking of buying a vessel - this could be the one. And the owner is maintenance savvy!

Believe me David, it is a lot more serious! My offer has been accepted and we are now entering the sea trial, survey, cough up the money stage.

I don't think it's possible to find a nicer 10 year old trawler than Seahorse II. This boat is meticulously maintained and impeccably kept by Spiegel... err....Walt. If I didn't already have one, this is the one I'd buy. What a beaut!!

It`s good our new member (with 4236 posts) is staying boating. Just plain envious if it is a Selene, a (?)53 at our BoatShow had a walk in battery room.

Well, he didn't get anything yet except an accepted offer. As all of us are aware a lot can happen between an accepted offer and a cashiers check.

Having made the disclaimer, knowing what a drop dead gorgeous "yacht" Seahorse II is the replacement is going to be just as stunning. Codger2 has great taste in boats.

Ah I see, I guess the wait (if) it all goes through will make it worth while.
