1982 Grand Banks Classic - one owner

This 1982 Grand Banks Classic features a two-stateroom/two-head arrangement divided by a salon and galley. Large cabin windows allow for plenty of light, while the window tint and linen curtains offers privacy. Spacious main salon features a lower helm and full kitchen including a Princess 3-burner stove and oven, large stainless steel sink, microwave oven and fridge. All pots, pans, cookware and silverware included. There is a flat screen TV, bar area, L-shaped settee, drop leaf dining table and two additional chairs for seating. Port side settee can convert into another sleeping area. Plenty of storage throughout. Original owner, and interior teak and furnishings have been well maintained and is in pristine condition.

Forward v-berth is down a few steps from the main salon and sleeps two comfortably. Headroom is over 6' and includes an overhead hatch for natural ventilation, hanging locker and 6 large drawers for storage, private bath includes saltwater electric head and shower.

The master stateroom is aft, down a few steps from the main salon, and offers both a double berth starboard and a single berth port. 27" flat screen TV, vanity area with stool, large hanging locker and plenty of drawers for storage. Large private bath includes a fresh water electric head and ensuite shower. A ladder takes you up to the aft deck area.

This vessel would make a great live aboard for a couple as well as a fabulous cruising boat. It can easily accommodate a dozen people for a sunset cruise, six can dine in comfort in the large salon, and when it's time to turn in, can sleep up to seven.
