Nothing personal,
the wiring strung all about, low engine room head room, are two items that struck me as to what the total housekeeping of the boat shouts.
The price IS attractive no doubt, and yes, if it were to be continued as a live a board in the Seattle area, facing housing cost on the hard, it is a good deal.
Were I interesting, it would be more so if the power plant was a straight no extra basic tractor engine like a non-turbo Perkins, or Leman Ford.
Not knocking the effort on the sale, it will go soon at the price. I wouldn't be too hasty considering additional lowering of the price.
One last comment,
you might consider removing the photo of the gentleman as his facial expression seems depressing over more than the thought of selling the boat, more like "What in the hell is happening?"
All said with good humor intended.
