1973 GulfStar 36

Health problems force me to sell rare GulfStar 36 MK 1. Solid fiberglass hull. Molded cabin top and decks. Twin Lehman 80hp runs great. Full displacement hull. Customize interior. Does need some cosmetic work.$35000 or trade for equal value RV. Diesel engine preferred. I will attempt to include some photos.

Are the gas tanks original? Have you done any updating to any of the systems?

Thank you,
Pea

The boat was out of water for a week. Clean the bottom and repaint. Glassed 4 trough hulls that was not needed. Put back in water today.

The draft is 3 feet. I do not know about "air draft". I went under the bridge of 18 feet with my antennas. If fold the bimini top and fold down the antennas, it should go under 15 feet bridge.

The sleeper have a door, but the bow is wide open. The table drop down to convert to a sleeper, but there is no separation. Can put a curtain. No cushions at this time on bow. I use the bow for dining area.

AS I stated in first post - twin Lehman 80hp each.Port shows 93 starboard shows 53, but I do not believe that the hours are correct. To my best knowledge ( according to previous owner) the starboard engine was rebuild in 2005.Running both engines 2.5gph at 1888rpm that give 8 knots. It took me 12hr drive from Daytona to Jacksonville with stop for fuel in St.Augustine. The fuel consumption is depend on speed. 1500rpm should give 6 knots with 2.15gph

How come your avatar lists it as a 1972 and the thread title says 1973 ?
