16,000 Air Conditioner
I just updated my Air Conditioner, the existing AC is a Lunaire LPSC-16HL cools to 55° heat works well. My reason to update, unit uses a three knobs controller and thermostat will not cycle to control temperature. I purchased a new unit from Defender this week. The location in Fort Myers, FL. I’m just Looking for an offer. I will not except your extremely generous certified check to cover shiping to your overseas kingdom.

Did you try slightly 'pinching' the bulb attached to the thermostat to reset the temp range?

Mrwessom, I will want it gone soon, but it’s still installed, the new unit is in my galleyhope to switch units this weekend. So My want price will drop fast.
I “pretty sure” it’s in the control. The one/off knob gets warm almost hot.. yesterday I ran it for about an Hour, the Conditioned Air was 55° the wall near the controls was 78° behind the top knob was 97.5°
Smitty477,
I’m not sure what “bulb”? I had the copper wire with a “knob/bulb” the at the Air intake, call? thermometer replaced.

Same dilemma here....New Webasto in, and old Mermaid to dispose of. New blower, works fine....dunno what it's worth...

I'm actually in the market and the next comment might sound crass but what's your want price!?!
Price as right style? $1?

I want it all, but I’ll except your offer with two conditions, don’t have to move it again and don’t want to store it too long.

Buying a digital thermostat to replace the three knob would have been a lot cheaper.

Maybe, do you know what digital thermostat will work with the unit...? I’ll pass on the information to the next owner.

It's been too long. It came with a connector, unplug the three knob and plug in the digital. I may still have the unit in the attic, I'll check tomorrow. Right now it's 90+ and I ain't going up there today.

I bought one back around 2000 which was a plug in replacement for the three knob control. No idea who made it. About 3-4 years ago I bought one from Coastal Climate Control. Seems it came with instructions, wire color codes, for different A/C units. Connection was made using a terminal strip.
Hope this helps,
Bob
