Watermaker wanted

Going to Alaska next summer and need a watermaker for my 38 Ocean ALexander.* Fuel is not a problem going north but water is.* Twenty five years of cruising and my wife will not accept that there is a limit on water.* Training is not an option, she's Italian.* So, I am looking for a used watermaker, please no PURS or Katydin. I'm thinking 150 gpd or more.* Thanks Dick

Ya but you love it, you know you do.* At least you know where she stands and it's not changing right or wrong.* She is right, just ask her.

Training is not an option, she's Italian.

Trade (1) 50 for (2) 25's that are trainable!

ENJOY!!

RE: Watermaker wanted

Dick,* should you fail to find the watermaker you want, realize that good water is found almost everywhere in S.E. Alaska.* In the last 10 years, I have never started my watermaker, even on charters.* We simply fill up at each oportunity, and use what we need without wasting.* If needed, once we get down to the last 1/4 tank, we begin to conserve, but we know good water is never more than a couple days away..........Arctic Traveller
