This is a cute little pocket trawler! It was purchased by my friend a couple of years ago because he wanted to downsize but try to stay involved in boating while in his 80's. Short story is, a severe health issue came up and the desire for a boat is gone.
A couple of the particulars are it's the extended cabin model so it has room in the cabin for a gas stove, refrigerator & sink w/pressure. It has a fresh water cooled 30hp yanmar (<250 hours) for a 7kt cruise. Marine head with macerator, tank & pumpout, plotter, depth,vhf .stereo & remote spotlight. Lots of opening ports in the cabin & an engine-fired heater for heat.
It's turn key with a single axle galvanized trailer & includes all of the cockpit cushions & carpet.
