Raymarine C140W Display

Raymarine C140W multifunction display… used but never exposed to outside weather. It was mounted above instrument panel or recessed into dash. (see photos) Comes in original box with sun cover, CD manual, power / data cable, gimbal mount, Navionics CF all-in-one chart card, and USA Central chart card (inland rivers). The C140W will interface through SeaTalkhs to digital radar, depth sounder boxes and SeaTalkng (NMEA 2000) to autopilots and other instruments. Multiple NMEA 0183 connections are available in power / data cable.. Keep in mind that this is a large display. I was not able to replace my Garmin 5212 with a C127 and keep the C140W in my navigation panel. I have updated to dual MFDs - C127 & C125. $1100 including insured shipping to lower 48. PM if interested or for more information.

What Model Year is the C140W? I am needing a 2nd Plotter for a boat we are about to purchase. It currently has the smaller C90W from 2010, but I find that this model has been out of production for 5 or 6 years and is No Longer supported by Raymarine. If Newer it could possibly become the main chart plotter, for the boat already has everything else in the Raymarine Line.

Thanks for the interest ... according to the serial number this C140W was produced in 03/13. It was interfaced with 4KW SHD open array, ev-200 auto pilot, CP-370 depth, and Flir Navigator. The only area lacking on the later wide series is wifi. I purchased a C127 to replace the flaky Garmin 5212 but could not fit my dash layout to have the C127 and the C140W. I do miss the large screen. Any other questions let me know. FYI .. . I will have the CP-370 for sale shortly.

Perhaps reaching to Raymarine as to expected support window, and production life would help you make up your mind.
