34' CHB Tri-Cabin Trawler

1977 34' CHB Tri-Cabin Trawler for sale in Portland, OR. $26,000

NOTE: I am listing this on behalf of a friend that is going through some medical issues. I'll put you in touch with him directly if you are interested. I've been on this boat and it's a solid boat in very good shape. Someone will be getting an incredible deal. He and his family cruised the West Coast in this boat for 19 years, from Canada to Mexico. This boat has also been the lead boat in the Portland Christmas Ships parade on the Willamette River for many years. It's even been featured on TV:

Oregon Public Broadcasting - Christmas Ships

Details about the boat:

Ford Lehman 120HP Diesel, 2600 hours, that burns 1.5gal/hour with a cruising range of 600 miles. Red dot heaters in salon and both cabins. Large covered fly bridge with bench seating for eight plus. Upper teak decks have been removed and fiber glassed on fly bridge and over aft cabin. Lower teak decks water proofed with non skid surface liner. Slight moisture found in lower deck but still solid. Test holes look good. Bottom paint done in the last 5 years and been in fresh water ever since. Inspection showed no blisters and in great shape. Lots of updates.

Send me a PM if interested and I'll get you his contact info. If you'd rather deal with him directly, you can contact him through his Craigslist ad:

Buy her, then you could be bicoastal.

Good looking boat, good luck with the sale. Extend my sympathies for the owners health, he obviously loved this boat. Exactly the kind of previous owner worth buying a boat from.
