2004 Mainship 400T $159,000.
Boat is turnkey and ready to begin cruising. It has been extensively upgraded:
· a stern thruster was added in 2013,
· 3 new AGM batteries in 2014, and a starting battery in 2016
· a 44 pound ROCNA anchor in 2015
· a new Bimini and enclosure in 2015,
· complete engine service in January 2016
“Glory Days” is powered by a single Yanmar 370 and has bow and stern thrusters for easy maneuverability. A 2500 hour engine service and tune up was completed in January of 2016 and included removing and cleaning the coolers and adjusting the valves. See the attached spec sheet for full details.
We are currently in Great Harbour Cay, Bahamas and will be bringing it back to Florida on or before April 23, and shortly thereafter, we will list it with a broker. Pre list price is $159,000.
The boat is owned in an LLC which could be transferred to the purchaser or the LLC would simply sign the title over. My Miami based partner in the LLC has just adopted a 3 year old and simply does not have time for boating anymore. We live in Washington State, and do not want to put it in storage for 7 months at a time. So we are pricing it for a quick sale.
