1983 43' Ocean Alexander

This is my father's trawler. He has been diagnosed with cancer and unable to maintain it. He has been refurbishing it prior to the diagnosis. It needs work and he is willing to sell it at an extremely reasonable price.
Location: Watergate Yacht Club in Kemah Texas
Description: 140 Ford Lehman engine about 1000 hours
Aft stateroom.
2 V-berth forward
2 heads

That's great!!! They loved that boat and have a lot of fond memories so it carries with it good Karma and I'm glad it went to someone who will continue the tradition. Sounds like the Texas Pride found a good home!!! Congratulations and know my dad will always be available to assist with any questions you may have. Did you get a good deal like I said you would?

Yes according to your Dad. He kept saying merry da_ned christmas at closing.
They are wonderful people and I feel lucky to have come to know them.
