Used engine

Looking for a replacement for my ford Sabre 212c engine. Iím in the market for 220 to 300 hp.

A factory reconned Cummins 210 with factory warranty sounds like a perfect replacement. Check out the current thread comparing the turbo Lehman with the Cummins.


Or if you want more hp, Cummins sells recons in 270,315 and 370 hp versions of the same block. If you really want to cruise at 250+ hp then look at a Cummins C reman.

Try American Diesel. They are straight shooters. What HP are you replacing and do you use it or would lesser HP work?

Currently I have 212hp , would like to up it to the 220-300hp range.

Many marine engine dealers have used engines. Ebay always has someone selling diesel engines. Yards that do engine changes usually have engines for sale. I haven't been to Maine for a long time and don't have any recent idea of sellers there, but the web has a number of surplus companies that sell diesel parts and engines.
