This is a little off-base here, but I know there are a bunch of RVers here....
I have an older Onan Emerald 4kw RV generator circa 1999 that I'd like to sell. It served as a stationary backup generator for an off grid house for 6 or 7 years, then was retired and has been in my shop ever since. It's rigged for propane, but I have all the gasoline parts too so it can be set up either way. It runs at 1800 rpm so is much quieter than a typical smaller generator. I'm not an RVer, but I think this was the gold standard generator for decades. It is NOT portable, but rather designed to install in the generator compartment of an RV. It hasn't run since removed, but I would fire it up and verify operation before sale. It was working great when removed. As I recall it has about 1000 hrs on it. It's located in Vermont, and as part of a deal I might be able to help with transportation. Asking $500 including all propane and gasoline parts.
