$22K for a slip aint much. The market value of my 75 foot slip is now $275K. I paid $81K for it, about 15 years ago.

$81k seems like a steal for a 75’ slip. I think I paid about $115k for a 50’ slip back in 2010.

Keep in mind that we PURCHASED our slips. They are talking about $22k as a transfer fee so you can rent the slip.
