Solar panels on a ST 52
I would like to mount a (few) solarpanels on my ST 52. I had them on my President 385 Sundeck and they were doing a great job. Although the engines and genset provide enough power when running, the obvious advantage of solar panels that they do their job quit and all day long. But I do not like a lot of wires running all over the boat. Did any of you guys put solar panels on your ST and what problems you ran into? The Solar panels I had on the President where glued to the GRP surface, which was a pretty good system. You even could step on them. They were very tin and they were flexible. So any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
