Yes Walt. Our Lexan Margard enclosure has a wiper. I've seen many set up this way. We have a water washer system which is useful to get salt spray off, dried salt being the bane of poly carbonate with a wiper scraping over it. Better yet, we use the foredeck hose to keep it rinsed. The city soot can be a problem too, especially in SoCal fire season.
