VT555 Cummins turbo gasket

Hi all,

I can find a whole new turbo, a rebuilt engine, and kits for the VT 555 galore, however I can't seem to find a new gasket and bolts for the exhaust side of the turbo. It's leaking and has blown soot all over the back side of the engine room. I've contacted the local Sacramento Cummins dealer, they said they would get back to me several days ago. I've also contacted the Cummins Marine dealer in San Diego, they too said they would get back to me. I'm thinking that since the cost of said gasket and bolts is under 30 bucks, there isn't a lot of incentive to find them. Anyone here know of a Cummins dealer or repair shop that would send me a couple of bolts and a gasket or two? We aren't going out of the slip until it's fixed...

PS: It's a ST-50 turbo...

Cummins of Sacramento has the gaskets and bolts, they just forgot to call me back. I'll be up and running next week!

Yeah, sometimes a call back by you is worthwhile. I never did that, forget to call back, when I was on a sales desk, yeah right.

Remflex company sells all sorts of exhaust gaskets or the material to make your own, Not cheap but really great stuff to seal older or new exhaust items, Can recommend it as advertised :Remflex Exhaust Header / Manifold Gaskets
