Virtual Scavenger Hunt.

I like to go on E-Bay and type in my engine- Ford Lehman.* Interesting to see what is being offered at the moment.** Anything from a complete engine to an assortment of new and used parts.

Lots of starters, oil coolers, expansion tanks, etc.

Bought a new exhaust elbow from a seller (Fred Werner)*real happy with it.

I suppose this works for other marine engines.

It is kind of like poking around someones garage sale.

Boy, This Winter must be getting to me.* JohnP**

Virtual Scavenger Hunt.

I do the same thing with my Perkins. So far only bought an extra shop manual. Try Craigslist as well.

RE: Virtual Scavenger Hunt.

Yes I check my local Craig's list every day for "boating stuff".
That's how I scored my Yamaha 15 for the dink.
Today on the Hartford, Ct list there is a pair of Lehman 225's for sale.
