Sidepower Q Prop upgrade

Has anyone installed the Q prop upgrade kit on their Sidepower Thrusters? Do they have noticeably improved thruster performance? Sidepower claims reduced noise (nice but not what I am after) and improved thrust. They are reasonable priced and I would like better performance but would want it to be meaningful to go to the effort of doing it. Thanks Paul Mainship 400

Yes, I changed to the new props when I did my refit. Definitely some improvement, but not more than 10%, IMO.

The PO put these on my boat prior to my purchase. He reported a noticeable improvement in thrust, not much change in noise.

I personally didn't notice any significant change (though I'd certainly accept that there might have been a 10% change I didn't perceive).
