Hi all. New to the forum.Just after making 64 voyages around the Sun.In the last few years I have fished in a port with very close quarters. All the boats made very tight turns.Then I saw boat ashore with fouled prop.He had 1 1/4 angle welded on back part off his rudder.Month ago before I launched boat I welded 3/4 inch angle on back off rudder .Response is unbelievable.Maneuverability is outstanding at low speed.I know there is drag involved but at 8-9 knots nothing changed. No doubt this topic has been thrashed before.
