Hynautic engine controls

Been struggling with my starboard Hynautic hydraulic throttle engine control. My starbaord throttle when moved slowly does not work. If I move it gently but firmly its fine but to move it for slight , slow alterations in speed, it seems to slip. I can advance the sender units from idle to max stop without RPM increase or moving the slave on the engine. Had the bridge and flybridge units apart but see nothing wrong. Both display the same symptons.
Taken the slave off the engine but can find nothing wrong. All seal are tight in the bores. All the rest port engine throttle and gearbox slaves, senders are fine. Everything bled well and no air in system etc.
Anybody had this problem? it's beginning to drive me crazy!

Pressure o.k. been fighting this problem for a couple of months. plan to change the slaves over tomorrow. now have decent a/freeze to refill.
