FL 120 heat exchanger replacement trick.

If you've had the opportunity to replace one it usually is very difficult due to the weight, location and lack of room in most engine rooms. To mount the 35# unit you need to hold it in place while inserting 2 mounting bolts on the bottom, usually blind.

I replaced the 2 mounting bolts with threaded studs. Now i can easily slide the HE on, line up the hoses then push in place.
