My vote goes to Boat Diesel as Tony Athens & David Marchand know more about Cummins engines than anyone I can think of.

Seaboard Marine is Tony Athens site.
He is a huge supporter of the Boatdiesel site and has been from the beginning, approx. 15 yrs ago.
However, the Boatdiesel site is actually that of Peter Compton.

The two have worked closely together.

Between them there is a huge amount of info available for folk like us to make use of.
