Cleaning exhaust elbow?

I pulled the elbow on mt 120 Lehman. How do I clean it up? Sandblast?

When one of mine is even a bit suspect, I just replace it. Unless, of course, it is made of unobtanium.

If you are going to replace it, have you considered going with SS? American Diesel and/or Bomac Marine should have them in stock.
