How many times have you called for technical assistance and been put off by someone who rushes you through your questions, or uses terminology that you don't understand? Too many times to count, I'm sure.
Today I called Balmar (makers of high-output alternators, regulators, etc.) and talked to Dale English, Balmar's go-to-tech guy. What a great experience! He listened, evaluated, explained, and generally helped me with all my questions in a friendly and relaxed manner. He didn't even recommend that I buy their product! Just wanted to share this with the forum.
