30' Pilot II prop specs

We are in our first full season with a 2003 30' Pilot II with the 315 Yanmar (6LPA-STP with 1150 hrs). Very happy with the performance, efficiency and handling. We cruise at 2800 rpm doing about 18kts. My max rpm's is a little over 3500. Fellow dock mates with the same engine and the folks at Boat Diesel say my top rpm's should be 3850 to 3900 and I am lugging the engine. PO said prop was stock from Mainship. Wondering what numbers others are seeing with similar rigs and what the specs are on their props. Thanks for any help.
