Has anyone ever kept their boat on the hard there and if so, what did you think?

Had my boat there for work very disappointing, poor workmanship bill ended up much higher than quoted. They did not stand behind there work and I had to have it redone 3 months later in another yard.

IIRC, seems to be a hot and cold marina if you read Active Captain reviews.


I tried just to stay there one night...no answer on the phone for days....called the after hours number during working hours....lady sounded confused and a guy yelled in from behind "we are full".


While I will give them one more chance...the first shot sounded like one of those places with little competition and weren't hungry for business.

Why wouldn't you bring it 30 miles further south and put it into a yard in Jax where there it is very competitive?
