Our dock also has a live aboard who is at the front of the dock, he keeps an eye on folks who are walking the docks. Makes for great security. It also helps that many folks have been at the marina for years so it is a friendly lot and always around to help ( plus Friday night is dock A cocktail party)

Small, we are in one that has 45 slips and most all are liveaboards. All the amenities we need. Plus we are in a single slip with no boats next to us. Dock on both sides.

Clean facilities that are in walking distance to places to eat and resupply. Security of some sort is a big plus too.
