Dunedin Florida Marina

We plan to spend a couple of days in Dunedin and would like some current information about where to stay.

The City Marina and Marker 1 are the most mentioned.

We like walkable lunch places and clean restrooms...maybe not in that order, tho.

If the marinas are full just anchor out front and dinghy in to the Dunedin MM dinghy dock. You will be right downtown.

We will already be in the area because we are spending a couple of days at Carlouel YC north of Clearwater. DW wants to see Dunedin so we can dinghy over from the YC but would like to stay in one of the marinas hence our question of the MM vs Marker 1.
