Is there such a thing as moorage slip for sale listing? If not, how do I go about finding one in a region?
I am in WA State.

Northwest Yachting has a listing in their classified section... Might try the multiple listing service.... There is one for sale here and its by a realtor and I know that Zillow will show them...

(This was meant as a reply to Russel) Hi. I canīt find anything about slips at Yacht World - please enlighten me. Looking for something less horrendously expensive than Club de Mar or Real Club Nautico in Palma/Mallorca. I did find a few slips in Puerto Portals/Mallorca but my wallet found out and is since hiding from me.

There are often slips and boat houses for sale at Pt. Defiance marina in the Tacoma Yacht club area. The yacht broker there would know. I suspect that could be the same for other marinas in the region as well.

Even Yachtworld will have condo slips listed.
BTW, farther away than you probably are interested, but I believe there are a couple of slips for sale where I am in Gig Harbor. I have been here for 6 years and love the location. If you are interested, call Bruce at (253) 851-3093.
Here is a video on a listing from last year that will give you an idea of the marina.

I've got a 42-44 ft covered slip in downtown Gig Harbor we have talked about selling... We kept our 42 OA sports sedan in there with no issues... It's in the middle of downtown has at slip pump out, cable and the marina is only 8 years old so it's in great shape (no assessments)..

Dave.
It looks beautiful, thanks. What was the price tag on it?

Gig Harbor look very nice. My only problem is the commute. I still have to go to work everyday. Tacoma is still a mess on I-5 most of the time. What are the prices for a slip like yours?

That was an older listing, not sure if it is even available. You can always call Bruce, the marina manager and broker, and he could tell you what is available and how much they are asking.
The covered slip mentioned above is another good option. Those are covered, which can be nice.
