4,000 mile range $4,300,000 117' Delta in Florida

OK Forum readers here are some pictures of one of my new listings that is definitely a passagemaker. A little too much money for some of our members here but fun to look at.
The boat is a 1996 117' Delta, all fiberglass construction, a 26' beam monster with 10,000 gallon fuel capacity. It is powered with Caterpillar 3412 engines. I have sold a few boats with these engines and many are rated at 1350 Hp each. These engines in GRUMPY are rated at 624 horsepower at 1800 rpm. An engine surveyor told me that at 8,500 hours they are just getting broken in!
The crew quarters are almost as big as the owners staterooms. This is a three stateroom boat with a three cabin crew area.
Full specifications and pictures are on YachtWorld, Yatco and the Bradford Marine website.

The boat is located here at Bradford Marine in Fort Lauderdale and the seller is a two boat owner.

here are a few more pictures. The "HOLY PLACE" may be cleaner than some hospitals.

Just a few more pictures. Does your wife or husband insist on a formal dining room for the next boat?
The teak has white caulking instead of the regular black as seen in foredeck big enough for a landing party.

Just in case anyone from the other thread wants to know my ideal passage maker I'll take this with a crew of 6 to do the work thank you.

If I can't have the full crew I'll take a Watson 72 with captain and 2 stews.

At this price I would take two of them for redundancy, just to be sure.

The asking price has been reduced to $3,995,000. The owner has another boat and wants this to sell.
These picture are the crew mess. There is a captain's cabin with walk around double berth and private ensuite head and stall shower. Plus there are two crew staterooms with upper and lower berths, each with ensuite head and shower.
