I dunno it must be in the eyes of the beholder....

That engine room looks really really cramped for a single engine 70+ foot boat. And wow the fuel manifold? Tell me there really isnt that many fuel tanks on board.

Other than that, I say sell the dog and the clothes.

Why does any broker post any business on TF would be a better question. I haven't voiced my opinion on this for years but It's still much like a car or realestate salesman passing out business cards at the church social. Just in bad taste. IMO

I don't think it's any different than any other boat commodity if the commercial guys follow the site's rule. Separate ads are not intrusive, your discretion to click on them if they are properly labelled.

I would prefer to see squabbles over listings disappear into PMs though.

Greetings,
Non commercial members list items for sale regularly. The occasion of commercial members "flogging their wares" in the past has been low key and completely unobtrusive IMO. The added benefit of those commercial members is input on a professional level from the marine industries point of view. Let 'em stay.

Thank you RT. Nomad do you really feel my postings are of no value because I own a yacht brokerage? Does the way I earn a living cancel out the tens of thousands of sea miles I've logged and tried to share the lessons learned? It is precisely because of that experience that I became a broker.

Quite a boat. Continuous duty Cummins N14 440, but no auxiliary get home option?

Long delay getting your answer about an auxiliary get home. I was at the Yachts Miami Beach boat show and then a few new listings.
No, there is no "get Home" on the COWBOY.
However the asking price has been reduced again, now it is $799,000.

Why is Cowboy not selling

I am just wondering why Cowboy has not been sold. It looks like a lot of boat for the money. What is wrong with her?

Lot of boat for the money.Whats "wrong" with her probably has more to do with ownership (estate) than with the boat. She seems to be maintained while for sale.

There seems to be a few other 74' yachts in the same price range like this beauty:

2000 Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht Power Boat For Sale - www.yachtworld.com

Imagine the dockage rates are $2K+ per month in Palm Beach.

I didn't see that in the listing. With stern thruster and rudder,I think its highly unlikely to have azipod.
