Newbie here l

Great site great info learned tons! Thinking of buying a38 lrc Cali as a project and just wondering what issues to look for I'm not new to the boat world as I already skipper and maintain a 1954 36 ft monk classic old woody,any help or wisdom before I purchase this Californian lrc would be greatly appreciated regards Steve
